Engineered Truth. Generative Power.

Business Infrastructure, Built Around Your Business.

TruGen Labs develops integrated software, cloud infrastructure, automation, and AI designed to give small and medium-sized businesses one technology ecosystem instead of a patchwork of disconnected platforms.

How the TruGen Labs stack fits together: a business sits on top of TGL business infrastructure, which is composed from the capability library, TGL Cloud, and governed data. SETH, currently in development, is the intelligence layer beneath.

The Problem

Your business doesn't need more software. It needs one system that actually works together.

Small and medium-sized businesses should not need technical expertise, a stack of disconnected SaaS subscriptions, expensive custom development, and complicated integrations simply to operate.

Most companies end up assembling their operations out of whatever tools were available at the time. Each one adds a subscription. Each one holds a different piece of the business. Connecting them takes technical knowledge the business never wanted to need.

Ten tools. Ten subscriptions. Ten places the business lives — and no single place that can answer a question about it.

The TGL Approach

We study how the business operates, then build the infrastructure around it.

Not a template with your logo on it. We model the actual company — its users, workflows, permissions, locations, and rules — and construct one operating environment that matches.

The TGL ecosystem flows from the business, through the TGL platform, to cloud and data, then automation, then intelligence.

1

Discover

We learn how the business actually operates — through conversation, not a requirements form.

2

Model

Users, customers, workflows, data, permissions, processes, locations, and business rules are mapped.

3

Migrate

We help export data from existing systems and move what belongs into the new environment.

4

Build

Validated capabilities are reused where they fit; specialized functionality is developed where it doesn't.

5

Deploy

The environment is hosted and operated on TGL infrastructure.

6

Evolve

The system keeps changing as the business does. That's the point of operating it rather than handing it over.

Real Systems

Platforms running in production today.

TGL has built and operates business infrastructure across unrelated industries. That work is where the capability library comes from — and it is why TGL knows which requirements are universal and which are industry-specific.

B2B Operations Platform

Live

End-to-end operations for distributors and third-party logistics: inventory, orders, invoicing, fulfillment, and client-facing portals in one system.

Managed Email & Device Infrastructure

Live

TGL's own mail platform: authenticated sending, deliverability monitoring, and managed device provisioning across every domain TGL operates.

TGL Identity

Identity & Access Infrastructure

Live

A central identity provider issuing authentication across TGL platforms, so a person has one account rather than one per system.

Capability Library

Every problem solved once becomes a building block.

TGL develops reusable capabilities rather than one-off projects. Each is validated in a real production deployment before it enters the library — and once it's there, every future build can compose it.

These are not templates. They are composable components that get customized to the business they're deployed for.

TGL Cloud

We operate the infrastructure our platforms run on.

TGL runs physical infrastructure supporting production applications, business data, identity, mail, and backup and deep-storage functions. Customer environments are hosted and operated by TGL rather than assembled from rented services the customer has to manage.

To be precise: TGL is not a hyperscale cloud provider. TGL operates its own hardware today and is architected to expand across additional TGL-owned infrastructure and complementary providers as workloads require.

SETHIn Development

Autonomous business infrastructure intelligence.

SETH is TGL's in-house AI platform, currently in development. Its objective is to let a nontechnical business owner create and operate sophisticated business technology through conversation — without needing to understand databases, APIs, servers, or deployment.

The intended interaction

“I operate three auto repair shops. I need customers to schedule appointments, technicians to manage jobs, managers to approve purchases, inventory tracked across all three locations, and customers automatically notified when their vehicles are ready.”

A modeled business, an infrastructure blueprint, capabilities selected from the library, anything missing generated and reviewed by TGL personnel, then deployed and operated.

SETH is in development and is not commercially available. Nothing on this page describes a shipped product.

Labs

Specialized operating environments.

TGL develops and operates through a fleet of purpose-built, AI-assisted environments — each responsible for a different part of the ecosystem.

Autonomous Intelligence

Intended to become the intelligence and orchestration layer across the ecosystem — learning generalized operational patterns and coordinating the environments above.

Data & Security

Your business data is yours. Our software is ours.

TGL operates a layered model. Customer-private information stays isolated within that customer's environment. TGL owns its platform, components, and improvements. Generalized learning happens only where it is authorized — and never by exposing one customer's records to another.

Customer-Private Data

Business-specific information — customers, orders, documents, records — stays isolated within that customer's environment, subject to their agreement, permissions, and access controls.

TGL Proprietary Intelligence

TGL owns its software, reusable components, architectural patterns, platform improvements, and intellectual property. Customers license their customized environment; they do not license the platform itself.

Governed Cross-Domain Intelligence

Where legally and contractually authorized, appropriately governed information may contribute to generalized patterns and improvements — without exposing one customer's private information to another.

Each customer environment is isolated. Shared TGL platform capability sits beneath them; no customer environment reaches into another.

The Compounding Model

Every deployment makes the next one faster.

A conventional development shop starts near zero on every engagement. TGL does not. Each business solved adds validated capability to the library, which lowers the marginal effort of the next build — and widens what TGL can deliver without writing new code.

The TGL compounding model: More businesses, then More infrastructure deployed, then More problems encountered, then More validated capabilities, then Stronger capability library, then Faster deployment, then Lower marginal effort, and back to the beginning.
